TIME FOR CHANGE

LEARN TO FOCUS AND RESTORE ENERGY

We try to balance family, work, health and relationships. We do a lot of things to please everyone, but rarely do we actually achieve results that please everyone. The issue here is focus and energy, not time.

– Reduce stress and overcome sleep disorders.
– Find peace and grow in the face of an uncertain future.
– Avoid getting stuck in negative thoughts and let go of the past without regret or guilt..”

  • Breaks at work – stretching, getting some fresh air, or a cup of coffee or tea
  • Turn off your personal cell phone while working to avoid distraction.
  • Start meditating before work or at night before going to bed.
  • If you have trouble sleeping, the white noise machine Sleeping Cat can help you manage your sleep.
  • Eat a balanced diet of vitamins and minerals on a regular basis

Simple Steps :Beginner Guide

Find a comfortable position for your body. Many people sit with their feet flat on the floor. Others like to sit with their legs folded on the ground or on a mat. Others like to lay flat. What matters most is that you feel fantastic and free.

Close your eyes. Assuming that closing your eyes is bad in any case, you may softly focus down on anything explicit, everything else being equal. Perhaps there’s a tree outside your window or a pen near your workspace.

Relax. By any stretch of the imagination, there is no compelling need to restrict your breath. Allow it to come in and out as it usually would.

Take notes

Concentrate on your relaxation.

  • Take note of how it feels when you breathe in and then out.
  • Take note of how the in-breath transitions to an out-breath.
  • Take note of the feelings throughout your body.
How does it feel within your nose, throat, and chest
  • Take note of the growth of your rib confinement. (Contemplation is so much seeing. You’re bringing it about!)
  • Return your tender care for your breath.

Our brains are creative marvels. Every second, they generate an infinite number of thoughts. Your mind is a busy place. When you feel yourself pursuing a train of thinking, just redirect your attention to your breathing. It’s quite OK if you have to do this on many instances. It is necessary for reflection.

Starting a regular habit of meditation can help you to improve concentration, reduce stress & anxiety disorder and alleviate depression. The Meditating Cat-GROW can help you improve your mental and physical well-being.
